  • Repository Access: When you install the Krybit GitHub App, we receive access to code diffs, pull request metadata, and repository structure as authorized by your GitHub permissions

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pipeline execution logs, test generation metrics, and API call metadata
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and referring URLs
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies to maintain session state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process code diffs and DOM snapshots to generate integration tests
  • Send transient data to the Anthropic API for AI-powered test generation
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, and beta program status
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve performance and reliability
  • Detect and prevent security threats or fraudulent activity

4. Data Processing & Code Security

We take the security of your code seriously:

  • Transient Processing: Code diffs and DOM snapshots are processed in memory and are not persisted to disk beyond the duration of the pipeline execution
  • No Full Source Storage: We do not store your complete source code. We only process the minimal diff context required for test generation
  • Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256
  • Third-Party AI: Data sent to the Anthropic API for processing is subject to Anthropic's data usage policies. We use API configurations that do not permit training on your data

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate the platform (cloud infrastructure, API providers)
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Pipeline execution logs and test generation metadata are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
