Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Krybit platform, website (krybit.xyz), APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Krybit Technologies ("Krybit," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Krybit provides an autonomous CI/CD integration testing agent that connects to your code repositories via GitHub App or GitLab integration. The Service analyzes code diffs, generates and maintains Playwright and Cypress integration test suites, and integrates with your existing CI/CD pipelines. The Service utilizes third-party AI APIs, including the Anthropic API, to power test generation and self-healing capabilities.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration & Beta Access

Access to the Service is currently available through our closed beta and enterprise pilot programs. By requesting beta access, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service's systems or networks
  • Use the Service to generate malicious code or tests designed to exploit vulnerabilities
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without prior written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, documentation, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Krybit Technologies. You retain ownership of your source code, test files, and repository content. Tests generated by the Service on your behalf are owned by you, subject to your continued compliance with these Terms.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein. We process code diffs, DOM snapshots, and test file content to provide the Service. We do not store your full source code beyond the transient processing required for test generation.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including GitHub, GitLab, and the Anthropic API. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Krybit is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. KRYBIT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL KRYBIT TECHNOLOGIES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
